A program to overcome emotional eating, manage weight and cultivate presence. Transform your relationship with food as you learn to listen to your body’s innate wisdom. Together we practice joyfully feeding ourselves, learn to identify hunger and satiation signals, improve your body composition, resolve compulsive and/or emotional eating and integrate self care practices that empower you to take charge of your health. This program creates the support to engage in dietary and lifestyle change. During this dietary cleanse we will purify the body by avoiding certain foods and follow a proven protocol for improved health and wellness. This is not a fast, but rather a cleanse that allows one to eat regularly. We will discuss your dietary prescription and ways to make it easier to follow your plan. We will meet weekly to support you through the cleanse, which results in you feeling vital and nourished. Private and group coaching available.
