Spring Reset & Renewal

commit to nourishing food protocol, deep rest, and practices for cleansing and renewal amongst supportive community

During the transition between seasons, the body can struggle to adapt to the changing environment. You may find that during seasonal shifts you become more susceptible to colds, hay fever and feel more fatigued & irritable, as well as sleep poorly. It is time to leave behind exhaustion and living at your limit.

With a whole foods cleanse protocol that purifies your system, and an array of nervous system regulation techniques, you can go from fatigue to feeling energized and strong. Take home skills to support your health and wellness.

In these five nurturing weeks together we will gain the lifestyle tools that support us to reset our nervous systems and rejuvenate.

We will learn the tools to have the reserves and resiliency to be our best selves- wise, compassionate, clear, and energetic. Even if you already do ALL the things – you will find this Reset nourishing, because the container will allow you to be even more clear on your intentions!

The Spring Renewal & Reset Program nourishes your whole being while supporting:

Improved energy, vitality & sleep

Clearer thinking

Weight management

Proper elimination

Digestive health

Nourishing rejuvenation

Best of all, this nutrition cleanse program is NOT a fast or another fad; it includes nourishing foods, rejuvenating self care that is doable and provides solutions to end addictive habits.

Maybe you think you have difficulty succeeding at restrictive programs; well this program is designed to keep you satisfied and builds muscle mass as you reset and rest. It sets up a rhythm of eating that you will want to continue because it’s so nourishing!

Maybe you think you don’t have the time to rest or renew, well the program makes deep rest more accessible to even the busiest of people. The community support and the intimate group that is created on the weekly live gatherings, provides an ease and gentle accountability that makes it doable.

The best part is that a variety of practitioners throughout the Valley will share their expertise weekly. And there are add ons to make this truly a self care experience that rejuvenates.

Sephirah has  over 25 years of experience supporting Spring Renewals.

Sheryl Platt brings Yoga Nidra and rested woman principles to create the life you desire.

Sally Kendall offers massage, and teaches self massage techniques.

Jennifer Degen offers mindfulness techniques to bring calm to your days.

Sandra Haddock and Ellisa Meier from A Tidy Place, offer their skills to help you clear your cluttered space for a spring cleanse of your home.

We are all, here to support you on the journey.

And as a  community, we meet at the cozy Blyss Tea, to build our connection for nurturing support in a way that makes lifestyle shifts more doable.

Afraid, you won’t know what to eat; we got that covered too. Together we design meal plans that are delicious and simple. With the program you receive recipe ideas, shopping lists, and individual support that makes it all work smoothly.

This program leads to:

Feeling great

Weight loss

 Improved sleep

Overcoming cravings

Overcoming addiction cycles

 Clear Thinking

More energy

Real satisfaction

Through the protocol we start each day with a delicious breakfast cleanse drink that utilizes the healing properties of ginger, berries, lemon, healing herbs and seeds. You can do this program whether you are vegan, paleo, keto, or anything in between. The program is designed to kickstart healthy behaviors that can continue for the long run. And of course you get to design the specifics that work best for you, and Sephirah can support individualizing the program for you.

We will meet regularly for 5 weeks. (skipping week of May 19)

We build community support, create healing meal plans, practice Yoga Nidra and indulge in self care that is nourishing for all those around us.

Each session begins with grounding somatic practice, followed by healing tea ceremony, a check-in to build our community container, and nutrition information you can trust.
